Good Deals Advisors, LLC

Effective Date: April 21, 2026

Our Commitment to Your Privacy

Good Deals Advisors, LLC ("Good Deals," "we," "our," or "the Firm") is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of the personal information we collect from clients, prospective clients, and visitors to our website at gooddeals.work. This Privacy Policy is provided to you in accordance with Regulation S-P, promulgated under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and applicable state privacy laws. It describes the types of information we collect, how we use that information, the measures we take to protect it, and your rights with respect to it.

Information We Collect

In the course of providing investment advisory services and operating our website, we may collect the following categories of information about you:

Information you provide to us

Your name, address, date of birth, Social Security number (for clients), telephone number, email address, employment information, financial goals, risk tolerance, income, net worth, tax information, estate planning details, and other information necessary to provide investment advisory services. On the website, you may provide information by submitting a contact form, scheduling a meeting, downloading a guide, or opting in to our SMS program.

Information about your transactions

For clients, this includes account balances, positions, transaction history, payment history, and information about transactions with our custodian (Altruist Financial LLC) and other financial service providers.

Information from third parties

Information from consumer reporting agencies, custodial platforms, prior financial advisers (with your authorization), and other sources in connection with providing advisory services.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect limited technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring URL. See "Cookies and Tracking" below for details.

Mobile and SMS information

When you opt in to our SMS program, we collect your mobile phone number, the consent record (date, time, source form), and a log of messages exchanged. See "SMS Program Privacy" below for how this information is handled.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Developing and implementing your investment strategy.
  • Managing and monitoring your investment account(s).
  • Preparing financial plans and analyses.
  • Processing transactions and maintaining account records.
  • Responding to your inquiries and scheduling meetings.
  • Sending appointment reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups (including by SMS where you have opted in).
  • Communicating about our services, where you have provided consent.
  • Operating, maintaining, and improving the website.
  • Complying with legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

SMS Program Privacy

This section explains how we handle information collected through our SMS / text messaging program, in addition to the broader practices described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.

How you opt in

We send SMS messages only after you affirmatively opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on one of our website forms, or by otherwise expressly authorizing text communications in writing. We retain a record of each opt-in, including date, time, and the form or source through which consent was given.

What we send

SMS messages are limited to: appointment reminders and confirmations, responses to questions you initiate, follow-up from scheduled meetings, and occasional updates about our services. Typical message frequency is fewer than 5 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

How you opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will not receive further SMS messages from the program. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at andrew@gooddeals.work.

No sharing of mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All SMS opt-in data and consent — including your mobile number and the fact that you opted in — will not be shared with any third parties for their own marketing, advertising, lead-generation, or promotional use. Information sharing with subcontractors that support the SMS program (for example, the messaging platform that transmits the messages) is permitted solely to deliver the service you requested, and those subcontractors are contractually restricted from using the data for any other purpose. This restriction applies to all SMS opt-in information regardless of any other use case category.

Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses a limited number of cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

Types of cookies we use

  • Essential cookies — required for the website to function (for example, to remember a form session). These cannot be turned off without breaking site functionality.
  • Analytics cookies — used in aggregate to understand which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. We use privacy-respecting analytics that do not sell your data.
  • Functional cookies — used to remember preferences such as scheduling-tool state.

Other tracking

We may log standard server information (IP address, browser, referring page, timestamps) for security and operational purposes. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent web-traffic data to advertisers.

Your choices

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Disabling essential cookies may prevent some site features from working.

Information We Disclose

We do not sell your personal information to any third party. We do not disclose your nonpublic personal information to nonaffiliated third parties except as permitted or required by law, including:

Service providers

We may disclose information to companies that perform services on our behalf or at our direction, including our custodian (Altruist Financial LLC), our SMS messaging platform, our scheduling and email tools, technology service providers, and accountants or attorneys engaged to assist in serving your account. These service providers are contractually required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and may not use it for any purpose other than providing services to us on your behalf.

As authorized by you

We may disclose information to third parties when you have authorized us to do so, such as when you direct us to coordinate with your accountant, attorney, or other professional advisors.

As required by law

We may disclose information as required by law, regulation, legal process, or in response to a request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order.

Business transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of the Firm's assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified of any such transfer and any changes to the privacy practices described in this notice.

SMS opt-in data is excluded from all of the above third-party disclosure categories except for the limited subcontractor processing necessary to deliver the SMS service itself.

Information Security

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. These safeguards include:

  • Electronic safeguards. Client records are maintained in password-protected, encrypted systems. Access is restricted to authorized personnel. We use encrypted communications (TLS) for the transmission of sensitive client information.
  • Physical safeguards. Physical documents containing client information are stored in secure locations with restricted access.
  • Procedural safeguards. Access to client information is limited to the Firm's supervised persons who have a legitimate business need. All supervised persons are required to comply with the Firm's Code of Ethics and confidentiality obligations. The Firm's policies and procedures are reviewed at least annually.

Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights with respect to information we hold about you:

  • Access and correction. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct any inaccuracies.
  • Deletion. Subject to our recordkeeping obligations under federal and state securities laws, you may request deletion of personal information we hold about you.
  • Email unsubscribe. You may unsubscribe from marketing or educational emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us.
  • SMS opt-out. Reply STOP to any SMS message from us at any time to be removed from the SMS program. See "SMS Program Privacy" above.
  • Update your information. You may update your contact information or preferences at any time by contacting us at the address below.
  • Opt-out of information sharing. Because we do not disclose your nonpublic personal information to nonaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes, there is no separate opt-out required. If our practices change in the future, we will provide a revised notice and an opportunity to opt out before any new sharing occurs.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional privacy rights. Texas residents have certain rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including the rights described above. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information at the bottom of this page.

Children's Privacy

Our website and SMS program are intended for use by individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not direct any of our services to minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us so we can delete it.

Former Clients

If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive client, we will continue to adhere to the privacy policies and practices described in this notice with respect to your nonpublic personal information.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. If we make material changes, we will provide you with a revised notice. We will provide this Privacy Policy to clients at the time of account opening and annually thereafter, as required by Regulation S-P.
