These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Good Deals Advisors, LLC ("Good Deals," "we," "our," or "the Firm") website at gooddeals.work, including any forms, tools, and communications offered through it. By using this site or submitting information through a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

These Terms govern use of the website and our communications programs. They do not themselves create an advisory relationship. Investment advisory services are governed by a separately signed client agreement.

Good Deals Advisors, LLC is a Registered Investment Adviser with the Texas State Securities Board. Registration does not imply a certain level of skill or training. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation for any security or investment strategy.

Program Description

By opting in to our SMS program, you consent to receive text messages from Good Deals Advisors, LLC related to your inquiry and relationship with our firm. Message types include: appointment reminders and confirmations, responses to questions you initiate, follow-up from scheduled meetings, and occasional updates about our services. Messages are sent only after you affirmatively opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms, or by otherwise expressly authorizing text communications.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our firm. Typical volume is fewer than 5 messages per month.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Check with your wireless carrier for details.

How to Cancel (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the short code or phone number from which you received the message. Upon sending STOP, we will send you a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. If you want to rejoin, sign up again and we will start sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported Carriers

This service is available on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to our SMS program and to use this website. Our services are intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect mobile numbers or other personal information from individuals under the age of 18.

Privacy

Information collected through our SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including the dedicated SMS Program Privacy section. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted solely to deliver the SMS service. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
